I'm experiencing buffering in most of your channels. What can I do?

This is usually due low network conditions such as having the Wifi router or hot spot distant from the device that connects to our service. We highly recommend switching your device to a cabled (Ethernet) connection for higher quality and stability when watching channels.

If this unfortunately didn't solve your issue, it's likely your ISP is throttling HLS traffic. In order to fix this, you will require to setup a VPN connection on your device.

 

We usually recommend a VPN Provider such as ExpressVPN or NordVPN, they have very cheap prices and multi platform compatibility. Feel free to submit a new ticket if you require assistance in setting up a VPN client.
